Peanut Butter Squares

Peanut butter Marshmallow butterscotch squares

These are the most delicious, sinful and easy to make dessert there is. With only 3 ingredients and no baking they are also the perfect last-minute one. Just make sure that there are no nut allergies wherever you are taking them.

What you need

  • One bag of butterscotch chips.
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:

  • Melt chips and peanut butter in microwave in 30 second increments. Stirring in between.
  • After 90 seconds add in marshmallows
  • Mix well
  • Continue to microwave in 30 second increments until you are happy with consistency. I like my marshmallows melted, but you can also leave them whole and stop microwaving at the 2 minute mark. I wouldn’t go over 3 minutes because the Peanut butter and chips get over cooked.
  • Pour into a well-greased 8 by 8 pan and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Enjoy!

thanks for the recipe!  I made these on New Year’s Eve with multi-coloured marshmallows and they were eaten all up.

Thanks for the recipe!  My grandmother used to make these and ever since she passed away I have been trying to recreate these squares without any luck.  Your recipe is just how I remember my grandmother making them!  Thank you!!
