I love snacking on popcorn. It’s filling, low in calories if you skip the butter, or at least keep it to a minimum and according to research healthy for you too! I don’t have an air popper so I make my popcorn in the microwave. It’s super easy, fast and best part is this will give you the perfect serving size for one person.
What you need:
1 brown paper lunch bag
1/4 cup popcorn kernels
Put the un-popped kernels in the paper bag and tape it shut. Place in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute 48 seconds or until there is 3 seconds in between pops. Pull out and enjoy!
