Aren’t you a little young to be a Cougar?

That’s what my Hubby said to me last week when he came home and saw me wearing my new kickin cougar hoodie and boots. Personally I don’t think you are ever too young to be a Cougar, at least when it comes to footwear!

I was sent 2 fabulous pairs of Cougar boots, Ravishing and Regal, to try out as well as the aforementioned hoodie a cup and some hot chocolate. First thing I did, a photo shoot of course.

These boots are so stylish that they inspired me. Miss G was the model.

Rain boots

I have been a long time fan of Cougar boots and remember asking my mom for some when I was a kid. They are as great now as I remember them being back then. Let me tell you a bit about these boots.

The Ravishing is a fabulous new addition to my winter boot collection. Yes, collection. (Lets just say I have a thing for shoes.) Rated to -30C these boots are sure to keep my tootsies warm and looking good as I take the kids to school, go shopping or just get out and about. In fact they are so fabulous that I have been wearing them every day since they came. I love that these boots are warm without being bulky. They are also lightweight which is nice when you are trudging through snowdrifts as tall as you. Suggested retail is $175.

Winter Boots

The Regal is a black rubber rain boot that is lined with polar fleece. It’s rated insulating to – 24C. These will be perfect for the wet and slushy part of early winter and spring, Plus they look great with skinny jeans. Suggested retail is $80.

With shoes I believe that it’s worth it to pay the extra for quality and something that will last you through many years. These boots will be gracing my shoe rack for years to come. Do I recommend them? Absolutely!

I would love your opinion on the Cougar boots. If you could take a few minutes and fill out this survey. For each survey filled out $2 will be donated to the Red Cross.
