My #7SuperShots

I just can’t pass up an opportunity to share some of my favourite photos.  When I came across this great meme on Life in Pleasantville I had to join in.  Here are my #7SuperShots.

A photo that…takes my breath away.  The reason,  I so badly want to get back to this place, and spend more time with this man.   This photo was taken 3 years ago, the last time I saw my Dad.  At the time I thought I was going to say goodbye, because the Amyloidosis treatments weren’t going well.  He has surprised us all by continually beating the odds and beating back the disease.  I need to get back here.

A photo that…makes me laugh or smile.  My Son and a perfect expression of his boundless energy and one of his favourite expressions.

A photo that…makes me dream.  I have this dream…and in it I get a personal invite to England to take photos of the Royal Couple as they go about one day.  I would call it A day in the life of Will and Kate.   Either that or they call to order a gigantic print of my Bridge picture.

A photo that…makes me think.  I wonder how this little guy ended up on the beach of Quadra Island.  Oh and he totally came home with me.  Arrrrrgh Matey.

A photo that…makes my mouth water. Who doesn’t love a little Beaver Tail.

A photo that…tells a story.  Rosa Park’s Bus. I could feel the history and seeing it in person brought me to tears.

A photo that…I am most proud of (aka my worthy of National Geographic shot). Shooting for NG is a dream of mine.

I like your dream. If you are going to dream, you might as well dream BIG! You have already made an impression on the Royal Family so Part Two of your BIG dream to have a “Day in the Life of” might just happen. :-)
